We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for our team. Preferences will be given to candidates having 1-2 years of experience and located in Dharamshala
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree from any stream if a Fresher
Excellent spoken and written communication skill
Ready to work night shifts (Across US Time Zones)
Strong analytical skills
Have aptitude for conversation and engaging customers online through webchat
Responsibilities
Handling customer queries on Web Chat
Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
Maintain accurate customer records
Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team
Probe and troubleshoot customer queries, and provide a suitable and satisfactory solution
Other Information
Reporting to: Project Manager
Remuneration: Rs 10,000 - Rs12,000/month
Joining timeline: Immediate
Location: Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh
