Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Executive (Field Role) to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant customer support experience, with a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to efficiently manage field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally during field visits.

- Perform on-site troubleshooting, installation, or service support as required.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or service-related issues.

- Provide daily reports and feedback to the management team.

- Ensure all customer interactions are logged and followed up appropriately.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant customer support experience, preferably in a field role.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to travel locally within Jaipur as needed.

- Must be self-motivated, punctual, and reliable.
