Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services Efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer. Giving information and helping to solve customer problems.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, Transactions, comments and complaints
