Key responsibilities:
1. Resolving problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions & implementing solutions
2. Taking feedback
3. Picking up inbound calls and placing outbound calls to customers
4. Guiding the customers with information about the tour
5. Communicating with customers throughout their tour
