About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, chat, and social media) and provide accurate information and solutions
2. Assist customers with product or service-related questions, troubleshooting, and technical issues, guiding them through step-by-step processes when needed
3. Ensure high customer satisfaction by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and empathizing with their concerns, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
4. Resolve customer complaints effectively, finding suitable resolutions and taking ownership of issues until they are fully resolved
5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions transactions, comments, and complaints in the designated system or CRM
6. Collaborate with other teams, such as sales, product development, and technical
7. Support, to provide comprehensive and efficient customer support
