Key Responsibilities
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist Sikar customers with their queries and concerns.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document all interactions and follow-up actions in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer complaints effectively.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during customer interactions.
• Meet performance metrics, including quality, efficiency, and response time.
Requirements
• Any Graduates from Sikar.
• Previous BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in locallanguage[ Hindi and English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in using computers and customer support software/tools.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
