Expirianced
CTC: 30% hike on last CTC (Up to 4.8 LPA)
In-hand Approx.: ₹32,000
Eligibility: Contact Centre Experience (Documented)
Fresher
CTC: 3.80 LPA
In-hand Approx.: ₹25,000
Eligibility: Minimum 6 months documented experience
Eligibility Criteria
Excellent communication skills
Versant score: 60 (mandatory)
Experience must be documented/on paper
Strong understanding of customer service processes
Ability to handle calls efficiently and professionally
Graduation/Undergraduate both eligible (as per company norms)
Technical Requirements
Candidates must have hands-on knowledge of:
Broadband & internet troubleshooting
Basic hardware & software issue resolution
System navigation & technical problem-solving
Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound voice calls
Troubleshoot customer technical queries
Provide resolution related to internet, broadband, hardware & software
Maintain call quality and process compliance
Ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance metrics
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
