Job Type: Full-time/ Rotational shifts / Night shifts
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve and escalate customer issues
Requirements:
- Freshers / experienced both can apply
- Excellent English communication (mandatory)
- 12 / UG / GRADUATES / POST GRADUATES
- must have original documents
