Customer Support Executive
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive responsible for handling the client queries and proving them the solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the company products & implementation area, handle complete queries and concerns of customers/clients and to provide the customers with satisfying solutions.

Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable in communicating with clients via Call/email/Skype
Good target oriented & able to work independently.
Proficient in keeping follow ups.
Proven track record in client handling.
Self-starter and self-motivated individual
Good knowledge about Social Media such as on LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
