we are looking for an imaginative individual with good people skills to interact with our clients.We are hiring for CCE profile for our Premium Voice process, where your job will require interacting with customers over the Call.

eligibility:

the candidate must be familiar with Hindi and english language.

should be comfortable in english and hindi speaking

should have good emotional intelligence

the employee is responsible for text chatting or voice process with our clients and provide the best service possible

he/she should be willing to listen to client requests and try to resolve the issues

should have a positive attitude and should always be polite with the clients.
