We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Insurance Customer Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and supporting our sales team with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service background.
Location: Kolkata
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to client inquiries and provide information on insurance policies, products, and services.
2. Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Administrative tasks such as preparing quotes and policy documents.
4. Process policy changes and updates.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company's database.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
8. Attend training sessions to stay updated on insurance companies’ policies, products, and services
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in general insurance customer support or related roles.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Ability to multitask and prioritise work.
8. Knowledge of insurance products and the insurance industry.

Salary: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
