We are looking for a well-spoken telesales representative to be responsible for soliciting tie-ups with providers and offering concierge services to our customers. The responsibility would include initial level of communication over the phone, understanding the requirements of the customer and offering desired services and encouraging them to subscribe to the plans. Documentation, follow ups will also be an important part of the role.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving sales targets.
Responsible for provider tie-ups.
Outbound Calling/Outbound Telesales.
Follow up on the database/leads provided by the company.
Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Maintaining updated tracker on leads and additional requirements.
Be a quick learner to understand the current business and match it to the customers needs.
Open for onground marketing for adhoc events.
Good convincing power.
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of both English and Marathi.
