Who We're Looking For:
• Customer Support Experience: Previous experience working as a Customer Support Executive, preferably with retail/e-commerce/luxury brands, with a strong focus on chat-based support.
• Issue Resolution Expertise: Ability to resolve customer issues while adhering to company policies and maintaining high professionalism, especially through chat.
• Chat Communication Skills: Hands-on experience handling chat processes to assist customers effectively across various platforms.

• Brand Representation: Serve as a frontline ambassador for Crepdog Crew, embodying the brand's values and delivering exceptional service through chat to maintain and enhance the brand's reputation.
