Customer Support Executive
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving problems, and providing product and service information. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have a positive experience when using our products or services.
Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or chat
• Identify and resolve customer issues using problem-solving skills
• Provide accurate and complete information about our products and services
• Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and products
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team member
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
• Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and issues
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to empathize with customers and remain calm under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
