Position : Executive - HRC
Can join immediate

Job Location : Remote working (Candidate must have your own laptop & good internet connectivity at your home)
Education : HSC/Undergraduate/Graduate
Shift: Night shift/US shift (6/7pm to 3/4am)
Requirements
Candidates must have experience in the International BPO Voice process - (USA).
Candidates have excellent communication skills.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer’s calls
Soft spoken & cool under any pressure
Integrity & Enthusiasm
Manage and resolve customer complaints
