Shift Timings: * AM – 6 PM | 10 AM – 7 PM | 12 PM – * PM
Week Off: Rotational Week Off
Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is empathetic, detail-orientated, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls, chats, and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
Guide customers about our nutrition services, plans, and offerings.
Collect and manage customer feedback through forms and follow-up calls.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure seamless communication.
Resolve customer concerns promptly with a customer-first attitude.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in customer support (health-tech/wellness preferred)
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
✔ Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset
✔ Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions efficiently
✔ Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) is mandatory
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
