Job Description:
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for US Process to handle B2B clients through voice calls, chats, and emails. The role includes customer coordination, order support, and assisting the US sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound US client calls and chats
Stay in touch with existing customers and assist with repeat orders
Follow up with clients for new requirements or pending queries
Coordinate with US sales representatives for store visit appointments
Support order processing and customer communication
Work on Leads and convert into sales.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in US voice/chat process, BPO, or B2B sales
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
Comfortable working in night shift (US time zone)
Customer-focused, confident, and well-organized
