We are hiring Customer Support Executives for voice-based roles in both Domestic and International BPO operations. Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for customer support (Domestic/International process)
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, or requests efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems with call information
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors
• Meet or exceed daily targets related to call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
• Follow communication scripts and company policies during interactions
• Provide timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on product knowledge and system changes to provide accurate support
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent (Graduates preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and regional languages for domestic roles)
• Prior BPO or call center experience is a plus, but not mandatory for entry-level roles
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts for international process)
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or call center systems
• Calm and customer-focused attitude, especially under pressure
• Good listening skills and ability to solve problems quickly
