Job Description
We are hiring for Customer care Executives for US Healthcare MNC.
-Process: Inbound Voice Process (US Healthcare MNC)
-Gross Salary: Rs 14000 to Rs 1+000 per month (Based on Experience)
-Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (5-Days a week)
• Fixed Weekend Off (Saturday & Sunday)
Key Responsibilities
-Handle inbound calls related to US medical billing inquiries.
-Maintain excellent communication with -clients and stakeholders in the US.
NOTE: No sales pressure or targets to be reached
Job Requirements & Qualifications
-Excellent communication skills in English.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Should be comfortable working in night shifts.
-Freshers and experienced candidates from any fields are welcome.
Job Location: Within Kolkata (Salt Lake, sector-5)
