Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Healthcare

Location: [Cambridge Layout]

Department: Customer Support / Patient Services

Reports To: Operations Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our healthcare team. The role involves interacting with Subjects, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to resolve queries, schedule appointments, provide service-related information, and ensure a smooth and supportive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound queries (calls, emails, chats)

Guide patients through service offerings, procedures, and policies with empathy and clarity.

Schedule and reschedule appointments, coordinate with doctors and departments as needed.

Assist in resolving complaints and escalating issues when necessary to the relevant departments.

Maintain accurate and updated records of patient interactions using CRM or hospital information systems (HIS).

Follow up with patients for feedback, service confirmations, and reminders.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality protocols.

Provide support in managing insurance-related queries and documentation (if applicable).

Requirements:

Education: Graduate in any stream. Preference for candidates with a degree or background in healthcare, nursing, or life sciences.

Experience: 0–2 years in customer service, preferably in a hospital, clinic, diagnostics center, or healthcare BPO.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Patient and empathetic approach

Good command of English and regional language(s)

Familiarity with CRM tools or hospital management systems

Ability to handle pressure and multitask

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in handling patients/customers in a medical or diagnostic setting

Knowledge of medical terminology

Experience in telemedicine or digital healthcare support

Working Hours: [+ to 6 Monday to Saturday]

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,824.78 - ₹28,+78.14 per month
