Answering calls professionally to provide information about products and services or to obtain details of complaints 2. Analyzing customers' individual needs and issues to address them effectively on time 3. Offering ideas and insights to customers as a means of helping to improve their overall experience 4. Following up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests 5. Taking general feedback from customers in order to help build a better product or develop a new service or policy 6. Investigating customers' issues and troubleshooting them effectively 7. Documenting recurring issues and creating SOPs to overcome them in the future 8. Passing on the feedback to the managers on important issues +. Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions, noting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken 10.
