Position Overview: Seeking a proactive Online Customer Support Specialist to deliver top-notch service to our online customers. This role requires strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities. No Target.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via call, email, chat, etc.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
Develop expertise in our products and services.
Provide basic technical support for online platforms.
Assist with order management and tracking.
Collect and document customer feedback.
