Who you are :
• Must have excellent academic knowledge of following in the field of Electronics and Telecommunications.
• Must have good understanding of basic electronics.
• Proven experience as a customer support specialist, preferably within a similar Wireless/ IoT environment will be added advantage
• GSM communication technology (SMS/ GPRS/ 2G/ 3G/ 4G)
• In-depth understanding of how sensors work and also how to integrate them with the system infrastructure.
• Knowledge in GPS System
• Knowledge of Computer/IT Networking. (LAN, WAN, Wireless, TCP/IP layers etc.)
• Must have Knowledge of Linux/ Unix OS
• Top-notch oral, written, and interpersonal abilities.
• Affinity for multitasking with precision.
• Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
• Ability to think strategically and to lead
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Advanced troubleshooting, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
