Key Responsibilities
1. Active Project Support
● Understand project guidelines, tasks, tools, and workflow to guide contributors accurately.
● Respond to task-related questions (instructions, formatting, submission flow, timelines). ● Identify issues such as access problems, misunderstandings, or technical challenges and log them for daytime follow-up.
● Share immediate blockers or urgent issues with project leads as needed.
2. Contributor Support & Community Management
● Manage and respond to contributor queries on Discord, email, chat groups, and social channels.
● Support users with onboarding, profile setup, and project access.
● Ensure contributors follow communication guidelines and maintain decorum in community channels.
● Share scheduled project updates, announcements, and reminders.
3. Partner Communication & Initial Outreach
● Respond to inbound partner queries received at night (email, LinkedIn, web forms).
● Collect basic capability details and log them for daytime review.
● Conduct initial outreach and follow-up for potential partners discovered through automation or manual research.
● Support expansion of Shaip’s partner and contributor network across geographies.
4. Operational Coordination & Reporting
● Maintain a detailed night-shift log capturing: ○ contributor queries handled ○ partner messages received ○ project issues observed ○ pending items requiring follow-up
● Update VMS portal, sheets, and trackers when required.
● Ensure smooth handover to daytime stakeholders, including Relationship Managers, Community Lead, Delivery Managers, and L&D teams.
5. Insights & Continuous Improvement
● Share insights on common contributor issues, recurring questions, or guideline gaps.
● Highlight engagement trends, contributor challenges, or process bottlenecks observed during night hours.
● Suggest improvements in communication, instructions, or platform workflows based on contributor feedback.
● Support execution of community engagement activities planned by the day team.
Skills & Competencies Required
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to understand project instructions and explain them clearly.
● Experience with Discord and other community/social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
● Good problem-solving and multitasking ability.
● Organized approach to logging, tracking, and reporting daily activities.
● Ability to work independently during night shift.
● Familiarity with VMS portals, Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
