Supportive team with a dedicated Customer Support Trainer

We also have a champion workforce and right now we have a fantastic full-time, permanent opportunity in our Contact Centre.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Creating a positive and memorable customer experience via phone and email
Processing applications, managing requests for service, and payment transactions
Helping resolve the majority of customer interactions at the first point of contact
If you have proven skills for a contact centre that tick the following boxes, then this is the job for you:
An experienced and empathetic customer service person
A focus on value add interactions
Detail orientated and quality outcome driven
Computer savvy
Agile and responsive in a fast-paced workplace
Proactive and curious to learn new things
