Customer Service & Product Information Staff – 3 Day Corporate Event
We’re looking for friendly, reliable customer service staff for an upcoming 3-day corporate event in Benowa, Gold Coast.
This is a straightforward guest support and product information role, perfect for candidates with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, or front-of-house roles.
Pending positive customer feedback, there may be future shifts available across upcoming events, including bartending, food & beverage, guest services, and other hospitality-based roles.

Time: 9:00am – 6:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing
Greeting and assisting guests
Answering general questions
Sharing basic product or service information
Directing attendees around the event space
Supporting the client’s guest experience team
Ideal Experience
Great for applicants with backgrounds in:

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
