Timings: Day Shift

Functional Area: ITES / BPO / Operations / Customer Service / Telecalling

Contact potential/existing customers to inform them about a product/service.
Required Candidate profile-
Self motivated with good communication skills in English.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Ability to persuade and negotiate. .
Perks and Benefits:-
Shifts: Majorly night shifts(Graveyard shifts).
Days of working - 5 days(Rotational week offs)
Education requirement: UG/Graduate/PG.
Experience required: Freshers and 1 yr of international inbound customer service voice Both are Experience Required(upselling Experience would be preferred).
Salary to be given: Max Up to 36k in hand +incentives based on performance.

In this role candidate is expected to work in shifts supporting customers in solving their queries and issues working from home or office in Noida / Gurgaon.
