Full job description

Remote Customer Support Executive

Company: Daksha Group

Location: Remote (India-based candidates only)

Work Type: Full-Time, Work from Home

Working Hours

Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Days: Monday to Sunday

Weekly Off: One rotational day off per week

Job Responsibilities

Provide customer support through chat, WhatsApp, email, and calls as required.

Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Coordinate with internal teams for order issues, follow-ups, and escalations.

Support documentation, entry of complaint data, and tracking resolution timelines.

Required Skills

Language Proficiency:

Must be proficient in Hindi and English – both written and spoken.

Typing Speed:

Good typing speed is an added advantage.

Communication:

Clear and courteous communication skills with a customer-first approach.

Tech Savvy:

Must be comfortable using WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and email platforms.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience:

Prior experience in customer support roles will be preferred.

Device Requirement:

Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection.

Education:

Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
