Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (Non-Calling) to join our team. This role primarily involves conducting call audits, preparing reports, and supporting US/Canada clients. The position is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn and grow in a client service and reporting-focused role.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct call audits for US/Canada clients.
Prepare and maintain accurate monthly reports.
Ensure compliance with quality standards during call reviews.
Collaborate with internal teams to share findings and insights.
Manage data entry and reporting tasks using Excel.
Support overall client servicing activities without direct calling.
Requirements / Qualifications
Must be fluent in English (read & write).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Freshers and experienced are welcome to apply.
Work Environment / Schedule
Work from Office (collaborative environment).
Fixed shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off).
