We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with excellent communication skills in both English and Punjabi to join our International Voice team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing accurate and timely solutions
Escalate complex issues to senior team members as required
Meet set targets for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality
Continuously develop product knowledge and soft skills through training and coaching
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Punjabi
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an International Voice process
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Graduates in any discipline
