Responsible for reverting customer queries via Chat.
Gather appropriate data from the internal tools to substantiate transaction validity, evaluated
information gathered & determine the appropriate course of action.
Responsible for providing high quality customer service by responding to chat inquiries and
customer requests.

Comply with data integrity and security policies
Follow required procedure & guidelines

Work from office for starting 2 months, after that it will be work from home.
System + Wifi mandatory.
6 Working Days
1 Rotational weekoff
+ hours shift.
247 Rotational shifts.
Immediate Joiners
Working Location - Noida.
Walkin interview only at Noida Office.
Salary:-
Undergraduate + experience (15300 inhand).
Graduate + experience (16000 inhand).
