The Role
Working closely with the SA Regional Manager, the successful candidate will be a part of the day-to-day operations, helping ensure that every Karmo customer has a great experience.
Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer experience
Onboard new customers and arrange vehicle pickups, swaps and hand backs
Manage/convert phone and online enquiries
Maintain customer details in our database
Respond to customer queries and provide ongoing support
Clean vehicles and get them ready for delivery
Assist the regional manager to enhance the performance of the business
Skills and Experience
Positive attitude towards building quality customer relationships
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organisational skills
Excited about helping people get into a new car
Sound computer skills
Current driver’s license
Previous experience in car rental, retail sales, hospitality, customer management or service delivery will be considered a plus but not essential
