Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients using the Office 365 Cloud System for project coordination Update retailer data in the client system with precision and timeliness Maintain consistent email communication with clients and internal teams Attend daily/weekly virtual meetings to discuss updates and address queries Report daily task progress to supervisors and ensure timely delivery Address client concerns and feedback efficiently to ensure satisfaction Maintain adherence to assigned shifts and organizational floor discipline Ensure high accuracy in data entry and management tasks Qualifications & Experience
