Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative who will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer relationship management processes, ensuring excellent customer experience, and driving customer retention strategies.
The ideal candidate should have experience in D2C and FMCG industries, with strong knowledge of customer lifecycle management, CRM tools, SOP creation, and process optimization. The role requires someone who can manage customer interactions, analyze customer behavior, and implement structured CRM processes to improve retention and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
Manage and maintain the CRM system to track customer interactions, purchase behavior, and feedback.
Ensure accurate customer database management and segmentation.
Monitor and improve the overall customer experience across all touchpoints.
End-to-End CRM Operations
Take ownership of end-to-end CRM processes, including customer onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
Manage customer lifecycle campaigns to drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth customer operations.
SOPs & Process Management
Ensure consistent execution of CRM workflows and customer handling procedures.
Continuously review and improve CRM processes for better efficiency and service quality.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback across multiple channels such as calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.
Ensure quick resolution of order-related issues such as delivery delays, returns, refunds, and product concerns.
Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Customer Engagement & Retention
Plan and execute customer engagement strategies and retention initiatives.
Support loyalty programs, promotional campaigns, and personalized customer communication.
Work with marketing teams to implement customer-centric campaigns.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and engagement metrics.
Generate CRM reports, customer insights, and performance dashboards.
Use data insights to improve retention, marketing strategies, and customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in CRM operations, preferably in D2C or FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.
Experience handling large customer databases and high-volume customer interactions.
Good knowledge of CRM tools, customer data platforms, and reporting systems.
Ability to create and implement SOPs and streamline operational processes.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with D2C brands, especially in health, wellness, or supplements industry.
Exposure to e-commerce customer support and order management systems.
Experience managing customer journeys across digital channels such as WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Familiarity with CRM analytics, retention campaigns, and customer segmentation strategies.
