Overview: - We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support and Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues efficiently, and identifying opportunities to drive sales through relationship-building and effective communication.ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.Identify customer needs and upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company targets. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management candidates will be preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. A positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
