Key Responsibilities:
Assist with onboarding our customers
Provide responsive support across multiple channels to our customers
Collect valuable feedback to help enhance our product and features
Build repeatable support processes as we rapidly scale in Australia and prepare for global expansion
Requirements:
2-4+ years in customer support, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services
Strong understanding of business challenges around credit management and risk
Excellent communicator
Problem-solver with a genuine desire to help business succeed
Nice to have:
Experience with credit reporting systems, payment data analysis, or financial risk management

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
