Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can handle both customer queries and back-office tasks. The role includes responding to customer issues, updating records, and ensuring smooth coordination within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via call, chat, or email.
Perform back-office tasks such as data entry, documentation, and case follow-ups.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Ensure timely and professional customer support.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English preferred).
Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.
English communication is mandatory
Willingness to work night shifts.
