Job Description:
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Prior experience of working in BPO and application support environment
· Prior experience in chat support is a must with international customers.
· This is blended project with Voice/chat and email support.
· Excellent customer service and trouble shooting skills.
· Willingness to work regular night shift & WFO.
· Good written communication skills.
· Should not have health issues for self and family post joining the project.
· Disciplined on operations hygiene, UL’s etc.
· Tech savvy and general awareness of BPO processes
Mandatory/Good to have skills: Prior US outbound tech and semi tech process which involves chats and calls handling, excellent communication skills, and continuous night shifts
