• Basic Telephone Etiquette and basic computer skills
• Good Communication skills in English and Hindi+ Any one Regional Language
• Responsible to provide excellent customer service, Calling the customers and Helping customer to Understand the subscription plan and Selling the Product.
• Responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests
• Should be able to handle Outbound calls resolving customer queries
• Willing to work flexible Shifts(8am To 8pm Window any +hours shift).
1.Qualification: +2 to Any Graduates (EXCEPT B.tech & B.E).
2.Eligibility: Minimum 6 months experience into any sales
3.Languages: Hindi + English+ Any Other regional language
• Age Limit: 18- 30 years
4.Package: 18,000/- Take-home
5.Work Location: SQUARE BUSINESS SERVICES, 1st Floor Novel Tech Park, Kudlugate,Bengaluru.
6.Rotational shift and Rotational 1 week off. Max Logout time 7pm for Female and 8pm for Male
