Eligibility Criteria
- B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Applications
- Minimum score of 60% in SSLC, HSC & Graduation
- A minimum of 1 year experience in customer support/tech support roles
Required Skills
- General understanding of electrical concepts, AC & DC circuits etc.
- Fluency in one of the below languages - English/French/German/Thai/Japanese
- Willing to work in night shifts
Preferable Skills
- Exposure to solar/PV-related environment
- Experience in electrical or electronic products
