The Customer Support Specialist will provide additional support to the existing team.
You’ll do this by conducting outbound calls, as well as responding to incoming calls, emails and other messages from customers seeking support and training with Tabula’s hardware and software.
This role sits within the Customer Experience team who are a great bunch of people who pride themselves in high levels of customer service.
