Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound calls and address customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in local/regional languages and English (if required).
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
• Basic computer skills.
