Nexleaf’s Remote Temperature Monitors (RTMs) are installed in health facilities throughout our partner countries, letting local, regional, and national immunization staff detect and respond to challenges with vaccine cold chain equipment. Nexleaf Business Office (NBO) is hiring a Customer Support Specialist - Hardware to engage with customers around these RTM hardware issues and opportunities.
This India-based role will be involved in all conversations around hardware issues, but will be especially focused on UNDP India. With over $3,300,000 worth of (hardware-only) purchases at play, UNDP India presents an opportunity to both drive hardware demand and identify and address issues with installation processes, documentation, support, and functionality.
