Role Summary: As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with high-quality support and solutions. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves working in rotational shifts to accommodate our global customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Handle complex customer issues with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of service.
Work effectively in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an international BPO setting.
Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric attitude.
