Responsibilities:
Distributor Screening: Evaluate potential distributors based on their market reach, sales capabilities, and alignment with our company values.
Onboarding Process: Manage the entire onboarding process for new distributors, including contract negotiation, documentation, and system access.
Training Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive training programs for new distributors.
Distributor Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with distributors, providing ongoing support and addressing their needs.
Performance Tracking: Monitor distributor performance and identify areas for improvement.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and expand our distributor network.
Provide comprehensive support to our network of distributors, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Manage and coordinate distributor orders, shipments, and invoicing processes.
Resolve distributor inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, fostering trust and collaboration.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to support distributor needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales support role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of the food industry and distribution channels is a plus.
