What You’ll Do
• Assist customers via live chat and email
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers toward quick resolutions
• Educate users on product features, upgrades, and best practices
• Share insights from conversations to help product and tech teams
• Contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty
• Track personal performance and share weekly updates with the support lead
• Help us hit key support metrics: fast resolutions, high CSAT, customer retention and better product usage
