Candidate should be able to handle a team of 5-10 members.
Should have good team-handling skills, and should be from a Tele sales background.
Must be a target-oriented leader, maintain a defined SLA, and should have good knowledge of call quality attrition and shrinkage.
Must have good hands-on Microsoft office tools, excel, and experience on any call center dealer will be an added advantage.
Monitoring the required number of calls in the week and giving feedback.
Presenting the monthly stats to clients about the KPI’s target.
To lead an operations team, focused on delivering core metrics of productivity and quality.
Should be responsible for planning, assigning, and directing work.
Key Skills
Excellent English; Great attention to detail; Willingness to make calls in great volume and perform same tasks repeatedly.

Answer calls and WhatsApp from Suppliers of high-value programs.
Answer calls and WhatsApp’s from GrowShop Sales and Management teams.
Support the Program Manager in all customer-facing functions.
Maintain and analyse the query resolution tracker with the aim of reducing customer calls and WhatsApps.

Answer calls and WhatsApps from the SuperMoney Business Development team for JioMart and SuperMoney FOS who manage P&G and Coke programs.
Answer calls and WhatsApss from P&G and Coke Ops teams.
Support the FMCG Program Manager in all customer-facing functions.
Maintain and analyse the query resolution tracker with the aim of reducing customer calls and WhatsApps.
They would need to be physically present at our Powai office.
Be conversant in English and Hindi.
Be able to draft reasonable emails.
Be comfortable with Excel and Ppt.
