Call Jobshop @ ++1____#####
Handling the customers inquiry and coordination with Sales. Handling calls, collecting and updating the database. Follow-up with customers & managing database of leads allocation
Improvement and quality assurance programs
• Customer service executive (CSE) - Handling the customers calls on telecom related queries.
• Customer support for US Healthcare
• Customer service Voice/Semi Voice process.
Salary Upto 4.3 to 5.5CTC
Shift :US/UK Should be flexible with rotational Shift
Qualification:
12th, Graduate
Industry: BPO customer service ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO.
Location : Pune
Required Experience:
Fresher/1 Year experience in International Call center

HR round , Operation Round
