Qualification Required: Undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience Required : Min 6 Months
Skills Required : Excellent Communication skills and basic computer knowledge
Job Roles & Responsibilities :
1) Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, obtain details of complaints.
2) Keep records of customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
3) Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
4) Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Shift
• Rotational Shift 24\7 (Male) / 7 AM - + PM (Female)
• 1 Rotational Week Off
• Pick up/Drop available in between 11 PM to 6 AM
Salary
06 - 12 Months = 312247 (Inhand 23000)
12 Months + = 327247 (Inhand 25000)
