1.Handling of Corporate Accounts and looking after Service issues for Pan India Levels. ➢2.Handling and supporting team for Installations, Amc Maintainence Renewals - PM's, ,3. Looking after the installation and delivery of products at customer's locations. ➢4.To discuss the service improvement plans and decide on action plans and to see to the closure of discussed points. ➢5.Solving the service complaints within the turnaround time and enhancing the relationship with the client so as to ensure new businessProcess / co-ordinate sales order with operations department & logistic department to meet delivery schedule of customer.6.➢ Dispatch the material received from the factory. Follow up with transporter for pickup of the material & delivery of the same.7. ➢ Provide dispatch details to the customer. Preparation of monthly sales report (MIS & maintaining the records of quotation, service charges, complaints in excel.8.Coordination with Accounts department regarding receipt of the payment from customer.9.Follow up with customer for payment & receipt of the material.
